Sign up for a free trial account with Textvol using this link. The service has no connection and subscription fees. You simply pay as you go.

When you sign up for an account with Textvol you will have full access to all features to test sending SMS globally. We provide you with 0.5 credit. No credit card details are required. A free trial has no commitment, obligation or hidden costs and lots of flexibility.

Our service supports international messaging. We have global coverage. Please find sending SMS rates in pricing section.

Features

Textvol App is a web-based app. It does not require any installation. Just login using your user name and password through your web browser. Our web interface supports the latest versions of: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari.

You could add numbers manually or import them from an “Excel” file.

There is no any limits of contacts quantity in the lists. You can store as many as you need.

You could use alphabetic SenderID depending on the destination. Create a suitable sender name so that the client can easily recognize you. For example, the name of your store, clinic, company etc as the SenderID. You could specify almost any alphanumeric combination.

You could create and organize marketing campaigns using our wizard. This tool allows you to prepare different campaigns for different target customers and get detailed statistics.

Yes, you could prepare message templates and use them in marketing campaigns. Create a list of templates for each product or service to inform your clients.

You could send instant and scheduled text messages. This option allows to send text messages at the right time. You could schedule sending according to customers local time and make regular sending Every day, Certain days of week, Certain days of month.

Yes, you could order 2WAY SMS service. The service allows you to use such functions as:

  • forwarding to email;
  • forwarding to mobile number;
  • intelligent auto-answer phrases to some types of SMS messages;
  • report generation;
  • some autocommand to add subscribers to the list for future sending;
  • get incoming messages through API.
Yes, you could use API to integrate you own platform with Textvol bulk SMS services. Get in touch with our technical support for the necessary integrations.

Yes, you get the summary and detailed statistics in Textvol Web App. We provide HLR service.

Billing

We use pay as you go model. You pay in advance for your service use. There is no minimal payment amount. You prepay the amount according to your needs.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Stripe, Regular bank transfer.

We do not keep your credit card details on file. We do not offer Auto-recharge option.

We do not offer post-pay or unlimited texting contracts. We provide only prepaid service. Prepaid amount never expires and there are no hidden costs.

No, your balance will not expire until you finish it. You can log into your account at any time and send text messages with your balance.

There is no minimal purchase requirements. You prepay the amount according to your needs.

Customers that have EU VAT number will be charged 0% VAT. EU Customers without VAT number will be charged 20% VAT.

Customers outside the EU will not be charged VAT.

Used funds are not refundable under any circumstances. We will refund unused credit if requested.

If you would like to have your credit balance refunded, please send an email to support@textvol.com. We reserve the right to take up to seven business days to process any refund requests.
